2. Description of Services

NOXR provides software products including RepoReader, a documentation generation tool for GitHub repositories. Services are provided on a per-use or subscription basis.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Purchases and Payments

4.1 Pricing

Product pricing is listed on the respective product pages. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

4.3 Refunds

Per-use purchases (e.g., $12/repo) are non-refundable once documentation has been generated. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

NOXR retains all rights to our products, code, designs, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.

5.2 Generated Content

Documentation generated by RepoReader from your submitted repositories is yours to use. We do not claim ownership over generated output.

5.3 Your Repositories

You must have the right to submit repositories for processing. We process public repositories only and do not store repository source code after processing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated means to access our services without permission
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOXR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NOXR operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
